Chenin is dedicated to serving high quality, fresh food in an easy and friendly setting. All the food is prepared in our kitchen with the menu changing daily to make the best of seasonal, locally sourced produce.

Head chef Kevin Symes-Salazar, originally from South America, has over 10 years experience in the Western Cape at venues such as The River Cafe and Simon's in Groot Constantia.

Kevin and his team create dishes that perfectly compliment our wide range of wines. He serves contemporary dishes using excellent seasonal ingredients, sourcing meat and sustainable fresh fish from first class suppliers. He uses only seasonal fruit and vegetables and whenever possible local produce.
